Warranty on studs

For pieces and jewelry that present manufacturing defects in the material, you have a period of 1 business day to file a report and apply a guarantee . Does NOT include details for stones because this may be due to the use that each client has with their jewelry.

  • In the case of loose stones or details with the settings, you have a guarantee for 1 day after receiving your purchase. to file a report and apply your guarantee. THIS APPLIES ONLY TO UNUSED PARTS
  • Once your report has been submitted You have 5 days to send the piece. Otherwise the guarantee cannot be applied.
  • It is important that the parts do not have any type of manipulation or modification in order to make the change valid.
      • To make a request for a warranty application you must contact via WhatsApp at +52 33 1841 6301 and send the following information:
    1. Order number
    2. Evidence of the details of your order
  • Shipping costs derived from guarantees are borne by Mouty as long as the report is made during the first 5 days that the piece is received. If the time is longer, the costs are the responsibility of the client. *Restrictions apply for extended areas.
    • To apply for a guarantee, a package return guide will be sent, which you must deposit in the parcel to begin the guarantee process.
    • For any part exchange we must first receive your package at our facilities to continue with the process.

    Order different from what I requested.

    • If you receive an order different from the one you requested, you must file a report via WhatsApp at +52 33 1841 6301 and send the following information:
    • Order number.
    • Evidence of the details of your order, and the model you requested.
