Karatage, metals and diamonds warranty

  • All our jewels have a guarantee in the caratage and metal indicated. Our suppliers and workshops are certified and endorsed by the Jalisco Chamber of Jewelry.
  • Any metal can be analyzed in certified workshops to find out its caratage.
  • All our diamond rings include a certificate of authenticity granted by the supplier, the evaluation is granted by a certified professional before world-renowned institutions.
Jewelry with factory defects
  • For pieces and jewelry that have manufacturing defects in the material, you have a period of 3 business days once the package is received, to file a report and apply a guarantee . In case the time is longer, the shipping costs are borne by the customer *Restrictions apply due to countries outside coverage.
  • It is important that you DO NOT remove the label from your jewel in order to apply a guarantee.
  • It does NOT include details for stones because this may be due to the use that each client has with their jewelry.
  • This guarantee is void if the pieces of fine jewelry have been repaired by a third party other than our authorized service center, if the piece has any damage or mistreatment caused by normal use as well as abuse (knocks, crushing and accidents) by the customer.
  • The guarantees apply only to the same model and the same size, in case you want to make a change it will have an extra cost. To request a warranty application you must contact via Whatsapp to +52 33 1890 2887 and send the following information:

Details with the stones and ring wear
  • In the case of our international shipments and the entire logistics and customs process that it requires, it is difficult to return a part to our facilities for maintenance or repair.
  • For the repair of your jewelry, such as replacement of stones or metal maintenance, the recommendation is to take the piece to a workshop in your city. All our rings are made of silver or gold and we use zircons so that they can be restored in any jewelry workshop in the world. Your jewel has a guarantee and certainty that it is the metal in which you acquired it.


  • Order different from the one requested.
If you receive an order other than the one you requested, you must file a report via WhatsApp at +52 33 1890 2887 and send the following information:
Order number.
Evidence of the details of your order, and the model you requested.
It is important that the pieces do not have any type of manipulation or modification.
It is important that you DO NOT remove the label from your jewel in order to apply a guarantee.
The shipping costs derived from the return under warranty are borne by
Mouty as long as the report is lifted within 1 day of receiving your purchase.
In case the time is longer, the return and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
